Founder & Creative Lead, (2020–2025)

ADEVISIONS SPORTSWEAR

Founded and built ADEVISIONS Sportswear from the ground up — a basketball-rooted apparel brand for the underrated and visionary. Led all marketing strategy, product design, visual identity, and storytelling, cultivating a dedicated community and authentic brand voice over five impactful years.

In 2020 lockdown, trapped between college Zoom classes and endless video games, I refused to just rot. I craved a real challenge—something to force growth, creation, and ownership when the world felt frozen. That itch birthed ADEVISIONS Sportswear: a brand for the underrated basketball athletes who had to believe in themselves because no one else did. What started as a way to stay busy turned into something bigger—a community built around hustle, identity, and self-belief.

Over five years, it grew into a full operation: ~$90K in sales, complete apparel lines (jerseys, shorts, hoodies, windbreakers, and more), 9 tournaments hosted (including at the Detroit Pistons practice facility), and collaborations with Aquinas Men’s Soccer, Newaygo High School, Flamingo Track Club, Michigan State intramurals, and club basketball. Thousands wore it—college players, pros, and everyday grinders chasing visibility. I self-taught product design, marketing, event planning, photography, videography, web design, and the deepest lesson: people buy into culture and belonging far more than the product itself.

UNDERRATED FOREVER

We closed in 2026 because it wasn’t financially sustainable enough to justify the ongoing stress and resources needed to scale properly. It had served its purpose. Not every project is meant to last forever—some exist to teach, shape, and prepare you for what’s next. This one did exactly that. It opened unexpected doors, sharpened my creative eye, and proved one truth: if you feel the pull to build something, start. It may not end how you pictured, but it will change you forever.

Underrated forever.
