It started young, playing soccer and learning what sport teaches you before you even realize you’re learning it. Movement, teamwork, competition, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself.

Other sports followed, but basketball became home. At the same time, creating became another way to express myself. I started finding the same things I loved in sports through a camera: movement, emotion, effort, and the moments that happen in between.

In college, those two worlds started to come together. I kept developing as an athlete and creator, with each side influencing the other. Eventually, coaching became another part of that story. It gave me a chance to give back some of what sports had given me.

Discipline. Confidence. Accountability. Belief.

The lessons I learned from coaches, teammates, and the people around me now show up in the way I create and the way I coach. I’m still learning, but I’ve found that the best work usually comes from being close to the things you care about.

Athlete. Creator. Coach.

Sport is where it started. Storytelling is how I continue it.
